Cadence Nutrition Europe is a nutritional supplement company which aims to supply the athlete with the highest standard of nutritional product for all types of endurance sports while distributing our range of products through a network of retail stores and online.

Limitation of Liability

We have taken great care to ensure that the information presented on this website is correct. There may unknowingly be errors or inaccuracies and thus cadencenutrition.eu is used at your own risk.

cadencenutrition.eu can not be held responsible for any loss, liability or damages whether these may be direct, indirect or consequential as a result of the use of the cadencenutrition.eu website or it’s products.

Refunds and Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may be able to return it within 7 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange from Cadence Nutrition Europe.

If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased on Cadence Nutrition Europe, you can return it provided the following:

You have a valid tax invoice from Cadence Nutrition Europe
Your purchase was within the last 30 days.
For returns, the product should be in it’s original undamaged packaging and condition.
Apparel can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Returned items must be sent back to Cadence Nutrition Europe at the purchasers cost. Items should be well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
If you receive an item which is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately on info@cadencenutrition.eu and we will assist further. We will arrange for collection of the item at our cost.
If a product was not used for it’s intended purpose, the warranty will be void.
Returns may be subject to a handling fee to be determined on a case by case basis

Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over 60 Euros in Spain and on orders over 70 Euros though to other main land Europe countries.

We have a flat shipping rate of 20 Euros on orders under 60 Euros in Spain.

We have a flat shipping rate of 25 Euros to other main land Europe countries on orders under 70 Euros.

Orders will be queued as soon as the transaction has been completed and funds received in our bank account. Processing can take up to 3 days during peak periods and delivery time will be within 3-5 days on orders placed in Spain and 5 - 10 days for orders to the rest of main land Europe.

We use a 3rd party courier service and can not be held responsible for non-delivery or late delivery due to their not being someone available to receive the package at the delivery address.

Customer Privacy Policy

cadencenutrition.eu shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.

Stock availability

Every effort is made to ensure that items displayed on the website are in stock. Should cadencenutrition.eu not be able to fulfill an order due to being out of stock, a return will be issued to the customer. Stock availability during specials and promotions is strictly on a ‘while stocks last’ basis.

Payment and Security

cadencenutrition.eu uses a a secure online payment solution from Shopify Payments, which features the latest SSL encryption technology and no card details are stored on the website. Payment can be made via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is Spain. Transaction currency is Euro (EUR).

Responsibility

cadencenutrition.eu takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

This website is governed by the laws of Spain and cadencenutrition.eu chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature: 160 C/Libertat A3-1A, Banyoles, 17820, Spain.
