Mariske's Recovery Smoothie
1 frozen Banana
1 scoop Cadence Nutrition Protein Fuel
1 cup Milk or Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Chia seeds
1 teaspoon Goji berries
1/4 cup of raw Oats
1/4 cup of Almonds
Put all the ingredients together in a blender or Nutribullet, blend and enjoy! It really is as easy as that.
Add ice to make the smoothie colder if you would like.
A shot of espresso added to the smoothie is a nice vairation.
